Every day should be fresh and full of promise: sipping, eating, reflecting, and discovering. L’Aube’s custom-roasted coffee is the freshest available to be brewed for you. Our food is full of flavor and natural goodness, prepared daily. Wireless access allows you to roam free on the Web, as long as you like.

Owners Jean-Luc Fanny and wife Rachel opened Café L'Aube ("the dawn") in September 2008. Fanny was born in Côte d'Ivoire and grew up in France. In addition to coffee and espresso, Café L'Aube offers savory and authentic croques monsieur and madame, crêpes and Brussels waffles. Take a look at our menus!
Cafe L' Aube We are very passionate about the high quality of our food and our coffee. We also care about our environment. We now serve only our own coffee from L'Aube Torrefaction. We serve only Two Leaves and a Bud Tea, which is also organic and fair trade only. We only use EcoProducts carry-out paper goods.
